Michael's 30 plus years of varying positions within the Marine Industry encompasses every facet of boating activities and boat construction. Graduate of University of Central Florida and Brevard Community College. Currently Strategic Product Category Manager for Taco Metals and Taco Marine. Trained in ISO 9001 and Kepnor-Tregoe Problem Solving, Michael has spoken at prior IBEX conferences on quality and customer service programs, from both boat builder and boat dealer perspective.
Michael previously owned Calba Boats, which produced semi-custom flats boats for Gander Mountain stores in the southeast markets. Earlier in his career, Michael held leadership positions with Four Winns, Maverick , and Regal Marine boat companies. Michael is a member on the Advisory Board for BoatSetter, and peer to peer collaborative boating organization.
