    Hello all!

    Does anyone have guidelines and/or memorandum of agreements for the installation of life jacket loaner stations they could share with me?

    ​Hi Stacey, I have attached the agreements that we use for loaner board stations. We have two versions, the one that includes the land use agreement, is for those stations that are placed on state property.  We also have an extension agreement that the partners need to sign every three years.

    Stacey,

    I have personally worked with the BoatU.S. Foundation loaner program.  They supply a good variety of sizes and each year they check to see if any of the life jackets need to be replaced.
