The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission announced a job opening for a Customer Service Specialist 2 position for the Boating Program. The Customer Service Specialist 2 serves the Recreational Boater Safety Program, which is part of the Boating Program, a sub-unit of the Operations Division. The Recreational Boater Safety Program is a federally funded grant program administered at the state level by Washington State Parks. Under the supervision of the Administrative Assistant 3, this position is the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, walk-in's, and email customers. Fielding and responding to these correspondences are the first primary responsibility.
