Dave currently serves as the Boating Program Manager for Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation. In this position Dave’s oversees the state boating program, which includes the boat safety education program and the marine law enforcement training program. Dave is responsible for the management of program staff, budget development and management of the federal Recreational Boating Safety (RBS) grant provided to the state through the U.S. Coast Guard. Dave is the state Boating Law Administrator and served as President of the Western States Boating Administrators Association (WSBAA) from June 2008 to June 2010.
