The 2018 Instructor of the Year Award was presented to Mike Pryor at the 2018 BOAT Program Instructor Conference in Lexington, Kentucky.

Having been an instructor in the BOAT Program since 2009, Mike Pryor has made a significant impact on our Nation’s maritime capabilities and readiness through the delivery of over 30 BOAT Courses including BCM, BOSAR, EVOC, TOC and PAS courses.

“His dedication to the BOAT Program is exemplified through his hard work and ability to foster the spirit and mission of true interoperability across all local, state, federal, and tribal jurisdictional lines,” said John Fetterman, NASBLA Deputy Executive Director.
