Captain Alley has been named Kentucky’s Boating Officer of the Year multiple times in recognition of his contributions to the field.
He currently resides in Monticello, Kentucky, where he supervises the 6th and 9th Law Enforcement Districts. In his free time, Captain Alley enjoys supporting his children, William (13) and Maecey (9), in their sports activities, including basketball, baseball, cheerleading, and gymnastics.
