    Has anyone seen these?   If so do you know if they are Cost Guard approved?

    Looks like your standard type 7 Beach ball from that distance. Joking aside, can you get a better picture? If its just a marker bouy,  and I'll verify this but, I don't think we specify any regs.

    Thanks for the response.  I can get a better picture but this is all there is.  No name on the bouy, no lights on it either and they are informative only.  This one has a HAZ AREA

    Good day, all. This does indeed look like one of ours (hard to confirm at distance) however I can confirm the only mooring buoys we've sold with the orange decals is into Canada. Interesting thread to follow!

    This is what I've got. Should get you where you want to go. Ideally, contact your local USCG Sector Prevention Department for additional guidance specific to your location.
