    ​​We are in search of a new cable that runs from the FLIR unit to the control head. (The one that looks like a large "Cat 5" cable) I have attempted to contact FLIR on a couple of occasions and leave messages but no one calls back. Does anyone have a contact person and number for me to call to try to order one of these cables? If so please reach out to me.

    Richard, I just gave Pasco County Sheriff Marine Unit (Florida) a bunch of FLIR parts. Call CPL Russell Meissner at 813.918.6491​, he may have some spare parts.

I work often with their team as FLIR does not sell direct to end users.  Feel free to reach out to me directly and I'd be glad to assist in tracking down a cable for your particular camera if you could provide me with the model number/photo of your camera Id be glad to track it down and provide GSA pricing for the cable.
