Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is currently seeking qualified applicants for an exciting career as the State's Boating Education Manager. Under the direction of the Boating Law Administrator in the Law Enforcement Division, the Boater Education Manager will oversee the daily operations and activities of mandatory boater education (Section 31.108-110 Parks and Wildlife Code) and water safety outreach. Work involves assuring availability of accredited boater education courses across the state through a variety of means, coordinating and evaluating program activities and managing the program budget.
