Maritime Law Enforcement Professional working for the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) as the Director of Law Enforcement. Program focus is providing a national standard of training and consulting services to NASBLA member agencies and their maritime partners on the water. Working closely with the United States Coast Guard NASBLA launched the Boat Operations And Training (BOAT) program in the spring of 2010. Working with the BOAT Program team of Program Managers and Instructors who represent the cutting edge subject matter experts from the across the country, NASBLA is having a positive impact on the safety and security of the nation's waterways in building synergy and a community of "Force Multipliers" across all jurisdictional lines; federal, state, county, local and tribal marine law enforcement and emergency rescue personnel.
