This ordinance establishes rules governing the operation of watercraft on the public waters of Adams County, Idaho. It defines key boating terms, establishes operating requirements and speed limits, creates no wake and restricted watercraft zones, and outlines provisions intended to protect public safety, property, and environmentally sensitive areas.
