The Water Sports Foundation (WSF) is a leading boating safety advocacy group promoting safer boating in America. As a U.S. Coast Guard Office of Boating Safety outreach partner since 2011, the WSF orchestrated 48 highly effective recreational boating safety consumer outreach campaigns delivering nearly 2 billion, laser-targeted boater and paddler safety media impressions. This includes the production of more than 225 Coast Guard approved boating safety video PSAs and hundreds of boating safety articles. More recently, the WSF discovered an effective outreach method for reaching the previously defined "unreachables" (aka newcomers) in paddlesports.
