The National Safe Boating Council (NSBC) has produced new B-Roll footage for state agencies, organizations, and the media to use for their own safe boating outreach and education efforts. The 2:22 B-Roll package includes sound bites from Virgil Chambers, Executive Director of the NSBC and Rachel Johnson, Communications Director of the NSBC as well as basic life jacket and marina-setting footage.
