SOBA Public Library

To highlight the history and impact of the Recreational Boating Association of WA (RBAW) – the Voice of Northwest Boating. In existence for over 60 years, RBAW’s all-volunteer board of Directors are passionate boaters who represent the 250k+ registered recreational boaters in WA state through advocacy and awareness, and a strong partnership with WA State Agencies.  RBAW’s sister organization, the RBAW Marine Parks Conservancy (501c3), was established in 2020 to create and preserve marine parks for recreational boating across the Salish Sea region.
