NASBLA Public Library

This is the story of a revolution -- one that radically changed the way the United States safeguards its people on the water.  Furthermore, this really is one of those stories where two people, who happen to be experts in their field, sit down in a restaurant to solve a national security challenge bedeviling them both.  These two colleagues, who will become close friends before this all plays out, decideright there to put their reputations and careers on the line for their vision.
