    Good morning,

    We had our first Takuma Etow show up in RI last week and the small surf community that we have here is up in arms.  Do any of you have an experience with them or regulations relating to them?  Do you consider them boats, PWC, EFoil? or a whole new thing,

    State of Wisconsin views efoil as a PWC( Personal Watercraft) 

    The D.N.R requires registration of the vessel.

    I sent a direct reply to your question yesterday.  I'm new to this bulletin board and still learning how to use it.  Our group in Hawaii has been researching injury data and user conflict issues related to Motorized and non motorized personal hydro foil use.  I sent a more detailed response and wanted to check if your received it
