    Good morning,

    We had our first Takuma Etow show up in RI last week and the small surf community that we have here is up in arms.  Do any of you have an experience with them or regulations relating to them?  Do you consider them boats, PWC, EFoil? or a whole new thing,

    State of Wisconsin views efoil as a PWC( Personal Watercraft) 

    The D.N.R requires registration of the vessel.
