NASBLA created State Performance Dashboards to provide access to U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and state-level recreational boating safety (RBS) data for evidence-based program enhancements. Dashboard illustrations are developed using unique boating accident report database (BARD) data from individual states not readily available or published at the national level. The State Performance Dashboards are made possible by using grant funding from the Sport Fish Restoration & Boating Trust Fund administered by the U.S. Coast Guard.
