I am the Senior Marine Services Representative in the Marine Services Bureau of NY State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. I oversee all matters of Public Vessel (for-hire passenger vessel) licensing and inspections, as well as assist the bureau with the safe boating program, Marine Law Enforcement training, emergency management, regatta/floating object permitting, nav aids placement, accident report recordation, outreach and education, and HIN assignment.
