Penny is a little grumpy she has to wear her life jacket while stuck inside the house, but she loves to "Wear It!" while boating. She wants to remind you that there is support to promote life jacket wear through your own grassroots efforts! As part of the 2012 North American Safe Boating Campaign ("Wear It!"), the NSBC is offering resources and funding to state agencies, organizations, and other groups to help promote the campaign in their community. The "Wear It!" campaign and this project support is produced under a grant from the Sports Fish Restoration and Boating Trust Fund, administered by the U.S. Coast Guard.
