Presented to BM3 James Bradberry of USCG Station Michigan City

BM3 Bradberry has been a Coast Guard Boarding Officer for over 13 months helped educate the boating public regarding safe boating practices and the dangers of operating vessels while intoxicated. As a result of his professionalism, maturity, dedication, and commitment to keeping our boating public safe, BM3 Bradberry has established himself as one of the most reliable Boarding Officer's at USCG Station Michigan City.

Over the Operation Dry Water weekend, BM3 James Bradberry made five (5) arrests for boating under the influence. BM3 Bradberry's keen attention to detail while conducting law enforcement boardings during the last year, as well as during Operation Dry Water, and his commitment to keeping the boating public safe has resulted in unprecedented law enforcement boarding quality for USCG Station Michigan City.

Presented to USCG Station Marblehead 

This year’s Medium Category Top Agency is given to USCG Station Marblehead in the state of Ohio. During the three-day Operation Dry Water weekend, USCG Station Marblehead deployed seventeen (17) officers and made six (6) boating under the influence arrests.

Presented to Jackson County Sheriff's Office

Presented to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office in Oregon with the Top Agency award for the small agency category. Over the course of the three-day heightened enforcement weekend, the Jackson County Sheriff's Office deployed two (2) officers and made nine (9) boating under the influence arrests.

Presented to the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission

Over the course of the Operation Dry Water weekend, the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission deployed one-hundred and forty-nine (149) officers and made eighteen (18) boating under the influence arrests.
