Stefan, also known as Steve, will discuss combating the sale of unapproved life jackets in the United States. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Electrical Engineering in 1977 and later obtained his law degree from Florida State Law School in 1979. Stefan is the only registered patent attorney in Florida triple-board certified by The Florida Bar in Intellectual Property, Business Litigation, and Civil Trial.
